2. User-Initiated Cancellations - NOT ALLOWED

Once you register and pay for a tournament, you CANNOT cancel your registration for any reason.
- Refund Eligibility: No refund available after registration
- Why: Entry fees are immediately added to the prize pool and distributed among winners
- Think before registering: Ensure you can participate before paying
- Check tournament date, time, and format carefully before registration
Important: By registering for a tournament, you confirm your availability and commitment to participate. Registration is final and binding.
3. Platform-Initiated Cancellations (KARNYX)
3.1 Insufficient Registrations
- When: If registrations fall below minimum team requirement at lock-in time
- Duration: Checked automatically 30 minutes before start
- Automatic Process: Tournament is cancelled automatically
- Refund: 100% automatic refund to all participants
- Refund Mode: Platform wallet credit
- Notification: Email and platform notification sent immediately
3.2 Technical Issues
- When: Platform outages, server issues, or critical bugs
- Decision Time: Determined case-by-case by KARNYX team
- Refund: 100% refund to platform wallet
- Processing Time: Within 24-48 hours
- Compensation may be provided for significant inconvenience
3.3 Violation of Terms
- When: User violates fair play policy, terms of service, or engages in cheating
- Duration: Immediate disqualification
- Refund Eligibility: No refund
- Entry fees are forfeited
- Account may be suspended or terminated
- Appeal process available within 7 days via support
3.4 Force Majeure Events
- Events: Natural disasters, government orders, legal restrictions, etc.
- Duration: As required by circumstances
- Refund: 100% refund or option to transfer to future tournament
- Processing Time: Within 7-14 business days

- Unauthorized Transactions: Verified account compromise or fraud (police report required)
