Our Commitment

karnyx is committed to maintaining a fair, competitive, and respectful environment for all players. We enforce strict rules to ensure every tournament is decided by skill, strategy, and teamwork.

Prohibited Activities

1. Cheating & Hacking

Strictly prohibited:

  • Using aimbots, wallhacks, or any unauthorized software
  • Exploiting game bugs or glitches for competitive advantage
  • Modifying game files or using third-party tools
  • Stream sniping or ghosting

Penalty: Immediate permanent ban and legal action

2. Match Fixing & Collusion

Strictly prohibited:

  • Deliberately losing matches for personal gain
  • Coordinating outcomes with opponents
  • Splitting prizes without playing
  • Betting on your own matches

Penalty: Permanent ban, prize forfeiture, and possible legal action

3. Account Sharing & Boosting

Strictly prohibited:

  • Allowing others to play on your account
  • Playing on someone else's account in tournaments
  • Using smurfs or alternate accounts
  • Rank manipulation or boosting services

Penalty: Account suspension and tournament ban

4. Toxic Behavior & Harassment

Strictly prohibited:

  • Verbal abuse, threats, or harassment
  • Racism, sexism, or discriminatory language
  • Intentional griefing or trolling
  • Unsportsmanlike conduct

Penalty: Warning → Temporary ban → Permanent ban (escalating)

Expected Behavior

Respect All Players: Treat opponents, teammates, and staff with respect regardless of skill level.
Play Fair: Win or lose based solely on your skill and teamwork.
Be Punctual: Join your matches on time and be ready to compete.
Follow Instructions: Adhere to tournament rules and admin decisions.
Report Issues: Notify admins immediately if you encounter cheating or rule violations.

Reporting Violations

If you witness or experience a rule violation:

  1. Document evidence (screenshots, clips, timestamps)
  2. Report to tournament admins immediately during the match
  3. Submit a detailed report via email to [email protected]
  4. Include match ID, player names, and all relevant evidence

All reports are reviewed within 24 hours. False reports made to harass others may result in penalties.

Appeals Process

If you believe you were wrongly penalized, you may submit an appeal within 7 days of the penalty. Include:

  • Your account details and case number
  • Detailed explanation of the situation
  • Evidence supporting your innocence
  • Any relevant context or mitigating factors
