This website is operated by KARNYX (Proprietor: Yash Gupta). This policy outlines refund conditions for tournament registrations and wallet transactions.
2. Nature of Services
Important: KARNYX provides digital tournament services only. We do not sell physical products, and therefore traditional return policies for goods do not apply. All transactions are for digital services including tournament registrations, entry fees, and platform access.
3. Tournament Registration Refunds
❌ Player-Initiated Refunds: NOT AVAILABLE
Important: Once you register for a tournament, you CANNOT cancel or request a refund. All tournament registrations are final and non-refundable.
- Entry fees are immediately added to the prize pool
- No cancellations allowed at any time before tournament start
- Think carefully before registering
3.1 Platform-Initiated Refunds (Automatic)
- Duration: Immediate (within 5 minutes)
- Refund Mode: Platform wallet credit
- Conditions: Tournament cancelled by KARNYX due to insufficient registrations (below minimum team requirement)
- Amount: 100% of entry fee refunded automatically
- No processing fees or deductions apply
3.2 Technical Failures
Refunds are only provided for platform technical failures or errors caused by KARNYX systems (e.g., double charges, incorrect tournament registration, system glitches).
Contact support within 24 hours with proof for technical error refunds.
4. Wallet Withdrawal Refunds
4.1 Failed Withdrawal Transactions
- Duration: Refunded within 5-7 business days
- Refund Mode: Platform wallet credit
- Conditions: If a withdrawal request fails due to incorrect bank details or payment gateway issues
- Users will be notified via email and platform notification
4.2 Rejected Withdrawal Requests
- Duration: Immediate (within 24 hours)
- Refund Mode: Platform wallet credit
- Conditions: Withdrawals may be rejected for verification failures or policy violations
- Rejection reason will be communicated to the user
5. Wallet Deposit Refunds
- Duration: 7-14 business days
- Refund Mode: Original payment method (UPI, Card, Net Banking, etc.)
- Conditions: Deposits are generally non-refundable once credited to your wallet
- Exceptions: Duplicate charges, technical errors, or unauthorized transactions
- Process: Contact support with transaction details for refund requests
- Bank processing times may add 3-5 additional days to refund duration

7. Prize Distribution (Not Refunds)
Prize winnings are not refunds but earned rewards:
- Distribution Time: Within 7 business days after tournament completion
- Mode: Platform wallet credit (INR)
- Winners can withdraw to bank accounts as per policy
- Prizes may be withheld pending investigation of suspicious activity
8. How to Request a Refund
Refunds are only processed for:
- Platform-cancelled tournaments (automatic refund)
- Technical errors or duplicate charges
- Failed/rejected withdrawals (automatic)
- Deposit errors

- Attach screenshots or proof of payment
- Response within 48 hours
9. Non-Refundable
The following are NOT eligible for refunds:
- ALL tournament entry fees (registrations are final)
- Entry fees for completed tournaments (win or lose)
- Voluntary wallet deposits (unless payment error occurred)
- Disqualifications due to rule violations or cheating
- Transaction fees charged by payment gateways or banks
- Personal reasons (medical emergency, change of plans, etc.)
